TB Buffer Overrun Constant Errors

Hi guys, Can I ask a bit of advice.. I get this error more and more now within a few minutes of running TB (v5.64 and earlier) on my Vista Ultimate x86 PC. If I click OK and re-launch the program it might be fine for a few minutes or even an hour but it will always now cause this error which i
