TB! re-downloading mails already downloaded

Hello Maxim, Sometimes, TB! decides to download all mails that have already been downloaded, for one account or another. It concerns POP-accounts only (over here, at least). This has been happening for several versions, a friend of mine just complained about this for v5, another one
