Hello, since 4.0.34.22, Windows Certificate Store is used when is "MS Crypto API" selected in Options | S/MIME and TLS.
When I set this S/MIME implementation and check mailserver, dialog "Unknown CA certificate" needs rework according to Windows Certificate Store, because even "MS Crypto API" is selected, dialog tells about missing Cert in Trusted Root CA, which is not used in this case. Second problem is in buttons, I do not understand, why both buttons for viewing and storing are enabled with Internal implementation and both disabled with MS Crypto API.
