I just checked an IMAP account and experienced the same problem: No
connection to IMAP server can be established. – ex_log.txt says:
"[…] v4.2.13.2 ALPHA Computer/VA 17.11.2009 23:51:55 IMAP_Cmp:7
EImapSocketError !! - Socket error. Code: 0 (hex:00000000)"
