Outgoing Mail Filter Problem

Hello, I hope that someone can confirm this or tell me if it has been fixed. I'm currently using 4.2.24.5 and set an outgoing filter to forward a message of all outgoing emails from a specific account to my boss (he wants to see everything - don't ask). My problem comes from TB

Hello Zygmunt, Thank you for the response. Actually, I was able to create a work around by simply setting the filter from Any Message to Recipient does not equal and my boss's email address. (besides, if I send him an email to begin with, I don't need another copy of it going to him) I would
