I like the picture feature and think it helps personalize e-mail when you can see the party who has written the message. On my notebook, the picture looks rather small and may be insufficiently detailed if the author didn't crop the head shot. Has anyone suggested adding a feature so that if a picture is clicked a larger version will appear in a pop-up window? Alternatively, the corresponding address book entry displaying might also work.
