RC4 Customizer: disappeared

Hello Everyone! I tried to add 'Template-Properties-New to the Main Menu in the Customizer dialogue window. Closed and answered Yes to Apply. Result: a blank square beside View/Toolbars/ . Anyone confirm? If so, is there a way to undo this so I can continue testing the customize function? --
