It looks like once you have Allowed/Blocked a URL the only option is to
Block/Allow it. The Remove button doesn't seem to do anything.
US Confirmed - as a workaround you can edit urlmgr.xml in the mail
US directory.
This is fixed and should be available for testing soon.
