The Bat! 3.0.9.4 dies on wrong cwd

Hi, Has anyone noticed, that if you make a shortcut to The Bat!, that doesn't specify its installation directory as a working directory, it will die horribly? I usually use shortcuts with the Start in item simply left empty, and this works for = 3.0.2.9. I get the following in except.log:
