I thought I was dreaming. This is the one feature I would really like to see in the Bat. It would save a ton of working with filing via client files. I too have a "large number" of filters in play to keep track of the mail. Such feature would ensure the right materials get filled correctly. As Nick indicated, currently I only have to do it twice per client folder. Once for incoming, once for outgoing.
