Newly created IMAP. How can I setup Full message sync for all folders
at once? Or do I have to do it one by one?

server you use. Mine is Fastmail.
And mine is SmarterMail Pro 2.6

AM I do my filtering server side. I don't know what TB! is like when
AM sync'ing and filtering at the same time.
If TB supported use of 'sieve' to communicate filter rules to the
server, i would do server-side, too.
