Crtl-Z does reinstate the TO field indeed, but the bug that the cursor jumps
out of he text and into the headers is still present in 9.3.4.18.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't:

When replying to some HTML emails, the line is interrupted where I put the
cursor and hit "reply".

With other messages, I place the cursor in the middle of the mail (where I want
to insert my reply), and the cursor jumps to either the beginning (just above
the quoted block) and tpo the end (just below the quoted block).

I haven't found the rule yet when it works and when it jumps up and when down
though. Working on it and would appreciate if others could try it out too.

Seems to be a bug on 64bit The Bat! You should report it to bug tracker.

It works. You mean: context menu → Options? You can not set options
for Hunspell, that is a missing feature.
Check content in program folder or mail folder the Speller folder :
Do you have the files
for EN (GB)
- en_GB.aff
- en_GB.dic
or
for EN (US)
- en_US.aff
- en_US.dic

Which macro do you use in mail templates? I mean %LANGUAGE=...
