Progressbar jumps from 0% to 100% when downloading messages by pop3

I'm looking for some weeks ago the progressbar on the Connection Center jumps from 0% to 100% when downloading messages by pop3 protocol (I don't tested it using an IMAP connection). It could be seen better if we are receiving a large message. I think this bug was started
