a. On the Edit Submissions Form dialog, Distributions tab. Above the
big text box at the top the label reads 'Label12'.
b. Neither the Help button nor the F1 key cause anything to happen.
It's worth noting that I've got the new help file loaded.

When I enter text to Quick Search and hit Enter, messages are
filtered, new tab in message list pane is created. When I used ESC in
previous versions, tab was closed and All tab was selected, so all
messages were displayed. Now ESC stopped working.

Not confirmed. Could it be you used Del instead of Ctrl+Shift+Del?
When you use Del (on a group of messages) you get the warning I described

I downloaded a .csv of the bugtraq, there are about 1300 bugs. 350 (25%) of
them are of block, crash, and major severity. It's a solid foundation

Mea culpa. Ctrl+Shift+Delete does, but Delete alone (which is what
I've always used) doesn't.
