Button for remote images is displayed in plaintext msg if HTML msg with remote images was previously selected

Hello, if You select HTML message with remote images, button for opening URL Download Manager appears in Message Header Pane. If You select plaintext message then, button appears too, even there is nor HTML message nor remote images linked in such message. repported in
