Templates : spellchecking lost in TEXT format, when switching to HTML and back

Hello, I have tried this in sorting office templates and Quick Templates editor. When I open template, spellchecking is available in TEXT format. When I switch to HTML, it is still working, but when I switch back to TEXT format, it is unavailable. reported in https://www.ritlabs.com/bt/view.php?i
