Sorry to write to here, but I would need urgent help and cannot access

After running Outlook once, TB seems to connect ok to the Exchange server,

I reported this problem on TBUDL as it is about release versions, but
nobody could help me. It appears that someThai language message are
displayed correctly in 4.0.28, but not in 4.1.11. Some are displayed
correctly again in 4.2.6, but not all.
