I use it extensively. It has been working flawlessly. It started
getting flakey in the last beta and in this one it is not working at
all.

Mine had been working in a similar manner. I scheduled 5 emails to go out at
8 am and 5 more at 2 pm sometimes 8 or 9 days in advance.
