I have this error message too, but without creating a new IMAP folder.
The only thing I did is synchronizig the folders

Several times I tried to create a new IMAP folder and got this error
message:

Did anyone of you experience similar problems recently? – Maybe it is
one of the IMAP improvements. ;-)

as I think, all checkboxes should be disabled when is Everywhere checked
and they should stay in state where they were before checking Everywhere
checkbox - when I uncheck it, state should persist in all.
