I installed the official release version of The Bat Professional and
found the delayed mailing would not work on this copy.
I then went into the schedule application and cleaned out all of the
past items

There appears to be some relationship between the scheduler
component and delayed sending problem.
I just cleaned out a lot of very old scheduled and sent notes in the
scheduler. Now the program runs much quicker.
