launch time increasing more and more

Hi folks,

with  every  new  release  of  The  Bat! time to launch this mailer is
increasing.  Something's  going  wrong  here,  to  much  overhead  for
obsolete features...

I suggest to slim - according to upcoming seasons =:-}

I suggest a good start: everybody can use max. 20 char in his
signature. Otherwise it is like when people eat 3 hamburgers for
lunch, but drink Diet Coke... Right?

http://www.w3.org/TR/2004/REC-xml-20040204/#NT-doctypedecl is the
whole set of w3c recommendations for doctypes and also has some
examples. You could try to completely remove the satement as it is not
required
