It might help if somebody could come up with an offending email to send them. So far, the ones I have seen are payment received notices from paypal. Other paypal messages don't seem to have the problem. It's an issue of a routing access glitch. I have a firmware fault in my router that sometimes drop DNS queries through the floor and fails to resolve a server IP.
