Strange Viewer Scrollbar Issue

This has existed for several recent versions, at least since I jumped from 5.1.6.8 to .13 today and I don't know how far back it goes... When I start up TheBat! with it focused on a text-only email and then switch to an automated messages sent by pflogsumm (on my mail server) the scroll bar

I opened the properties of a virtual folder I looked at the selected folders, but made no changes When I pressed OK I got the following error --- The Bat! --- Access violation at address 0045DB93 in module 'thebat.exe'. Read of address 303F.
