I had switch tool bar icons to menu icons. That is why there were so small. I just switched them back and that resolved the problem. I have some of each in my toolbars and nothing changed Right click and customize on the toolbars, pick the toolbar(s) you wan to change then on the right side it will say menu icons - change it to toolbars and when you leave config, it will change back -- Rick World events do not occur by accident.
