Hello ,

Since I was looking at the exceptions log, I also noticed that
this shows up occasionally. Can't imagine what else would be
opening it which makes me wonder if you're trying to open it
exclusive in two places at once.

Just can confirm I had problems with some accounts (e.g., mail.com) reporting the message could not be sent.  Like Peter Hampf, I went back to 8.2.4 in order to send this message.

I understand a fix is in progress.
