I noticed that quoted text in some messages (attached a sample) is not
highlighted (even though the signature is). Not sure when this started

Another problem, I recently got a client that owns a
[something].institute domain name - The Bat doesn't recognize
 as an e-mail address in several places
(↑ message body ↑, Source view, headers pane - the right-click menu
there is missing "Write to this address", "Reply to this address" and
a few other entries normally shown for e-mail addresses).

Apart from from Tim has already mentioned, please also consider:

1. Do not create a new mail thread for every email. Please use the same thread
   for logically connected mails. I do not wish to go searching for the context
   your email through my inbox.

2. Like I've mentioned before, responses may take in the order of days. You
