Hello Maxim,

I  have  not commented about the Splash screen because, here, it would
remain  on-screen  for 30-45 seconds, which I attributed to the amount
of  processes  running  on  the machine. However, after this change to
8.6.0.21 it is well behaved, staying on-screen for roughly 2 seconds.

Up and running. No difference in splash screen found. On startup it is
shown a few seconds - like in versions before.

Now, the splash screen, from which before for ca. 1/10 of a second only
the borders were visible, is now visible completely for ca. 1 second.
So, that's OK for me. :-)
