Address Book files juming all over the place

Dear TBBETA,

The addressbook files are in C:\Download now. I can assure you I
didn't move them there.

The problem has existed for a few versions. Can anybody confirm?

Attached a partial screenshot, but all teh *.ABD files are also in
this directory, with older dates.

I do not switch languages, and the two menu items are sometimes on the
top, sometimes at the bottom. This has been going on for some betas.

I was able to install the current version 9.1 without
any problems.

Unfortunately, the mass mail function does not work
again now. I miss the function very much because I need

BUG: Shift+Del does not work any more,
worked in 9.0.16.9 32bit.
