This is supposed to be Thai language. In fact, the viewer displayed it 
correctly when I received the message from our university's library. 
 
I see the same when I want to reply to the message.

Looks like the actual problem is that TB is using non-breaking spaces instead 
of regular spaces, which then results in weird (non)wrapping (look at the 
source of the message, there's a ton of 's).
