The Menu Navigator and Inbox Analyzer have been removed from the program 
starting with v9.2.1.2.

I  run  a  multi-million  dollar  business on win 98...   Wine, beef and
cheese  improve  with  age...   Because I am 78 years old I can't do the
same things I did 10 years ago??
