4.0.14.3: CHUMP!! when exiting TB

Hello all, Every now and then, not very often and also with 2 or 3 previous versions, I get a CHUMP! (Critical stop sound) when exiting TB. There is no error dialog of any kind and no entry in the exception log. Has anybody else seen this? -- Best regards, Miguel A. Urech (El Escorial -
