It IS the old version, according to the MSI. It just contains newer files (read original comment by M. Masiutin). You cannot install it without uninstalling the current installation or unpacking it manually. Though, if you indeed are getting *a binary same file* as before, then there may be some upstream proxy in your way caching too much... If you are only getting this message for a month, maybe something intercepts your connection? Im using avast (free) as a antivir-scanner. TB! or any other mailsoftware have to be setup without TLS/SSL Port. All that is made by Avast. Thats because Avast (or other scanners) cant analyse SSL encrypted connections. SSL is made bei Avast for the mailaccounts.
