Cannot use custom.dic

Hello all, Current (beta) version does not use custom.dic (CSAPI) and it doesn't even appear in the Dictionaries list or the contextual menu (Dictionary to add to). Any confirmations or comments? Using TB! 4.0.39.27 (ALPHA) under Win2k SP4, with Avast and Bayer Filter plugins. --
