without problem. (I am not installing a beta version on this kaptop though.)

Yesterday it took well over 30 seconds to download the small one, today it took 
like 3 seconds to download the big one so yes, it's much better.

actual download URL was 
https://download.ritlabs.com/the_bat/beta/tb9.2.3.4-x32-full.7z; (and 
x64 respectively)

download within a few seconds for x32, for x64 there were small lags in the 
process, but still in under 1 minute.

WinRAR gives an error message - broken file.

This is the first time - with older *.7z files I never saw this
message.

7-zip version 19.00 doesn't throw an error.
