Did you try to unlock the toolbars and then drag the icons to the right and 
down. This is how it showed up when the first version of 9 came out and the 
first thing I did was drag it the other way.

I have set Workspace / Window-Split to Full Height Account Tree. In
the past, it used to be a full-height account tree. But now, the
toolbars use the full width, so the account tree starts below those.

It's costmetic, I know. But if you ask what I prefer (and I have
worked with 9.0.16 for a couple of days now), I prefer the old way
when it was a real full-height account tree.

Is there a setting I have overlooked?
