There appears to be some relationship between the scheduler component and delayed sending problem. I just cleaned out a lot of very old scheduled and sent notes in the scheduler. Now the program runs much quicker. Just waiting to see the delay mailing test will work. Any chance of getting this feature fixed given it should be working in the release copy and it is not.
