I verified this, it is repeatable here.
In 3.62.10 a reply template for someone I do Beta Testing for works.
In 3.62.11 it does not see the subject nor the From: address.

PERFECT !! TB! #.21.12 *understands* now the odd header that I got
from that company. I did reply to them and all is OK
