Hello The Bat! developers,

  I'm using The Bat! Version 1.54 Beta/29
  Serial Number F0060E1D
under Windows NT 4.0 Build 1381 Service Pack 6
and would like to report a bug

  The bug description:
Reply to this address shortcut when pointing to message header
fails with e-mail addresses which SHOULD be quoted, (but now
    aren't)

  Steps to reproduce the bug:
   Receive a message from
   "Surname, Firstname"<[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

The message list and the preview pane will display
   Surname, Firstname <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
(which I find confusing given a list of names like this without
     the delimiting quotes)

Select this in the preview header, select Reply to This Address
(note capitalization problem endemic in this menu)

It will reply as directed, and automatically insert the name
Surname, Firstname <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>, which when
you send will FAIL, as it tries to send a message to SURNAME
        and a message to Firstname <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>

Please please please please please fix this quoting issue. It
comes back year on year. Please just leave the quotes in. It was
working fine before.. so why did you "fix it" anyway?

Yours in frustration,
  Graham Foster
