1) Color chooser is unneccessary long. See screenshot "Color Chooser High DPI - Blank Space". It has a blank space at the bottom. 2) Desciptive text is malpositioned. See screenshot "Color Chooser High DPI - Blank Space". The text that names the UI element is between the colors to choose. 3) The color chooser is vertically compressed in some places. See screen shots "Color Chooser High DPI - Vertically compressed 1", ...2 and ...3. For example in Preferences / Edit Color Groups or Preferences / Header Layout or Preferences / Profile Layout.
