I've noticed that the most recent versions of TB (at least up through 4.0.34.13) seem to think that I've double-clicked on a message (and therefore open a separate viewing window for it) when I have only single-clicked. This doesn't happen all of the time (probably about 30-40% of the time) and it isn't happening in any of my other applications (at least, not that I can tell).
