But I don't really care. How many times per minute do you think I need
to scroll the Message List tabs? You are right, NONE. Maybe once a
year.

IMHO, the scroll direction should be switched around (right now
scrolling up makes the tabs move to the left, which at least to me is
counter-intuitive - scrolling up should move to the beginning); would
also be nice if the tabs responded to horizontal scrollwheel or wheel
tilting on mice that have this.

Noticing. Creating email clients must be nearly the toughest job
developers can face. Considering the years that they have invested in
the effort, with their projects still unfinished. Looking around, there
are no really complete stable email clients on offer. And only about
three still under active development. TB!, TB, and eMclient. All
three have been in the works for nearly two decades.

It probably does have something to do with what we expect though, like
selective blocking of download sources, or even blocking of images per
individual messages. Do we think of the complexity of implementing
such things?

OS's are tough too, but they are profitable enough that MS can hire
huge numbers of the best talent. So OS's don't count. Even though
MS's best so far (win 10) is only recently getting close to being
somewhat reliable.

I have noticed that yesterday already, can reproduce it now:
  1. have an HTML message
2a. click into the viewer, press Ctrl+Shift+F5: nothing happens
2b. Click on the same message in the message list, do the same: reply dialog
comes up 
2c. Click on a text message, click into it, press Ctrl+Shift+F5: reply dialog
comes up 

It seems to me like the HTML viewer "eats" the keyboard events.

Can anyone else reproduce it and/or possibly already reported it in the BT?

Thank you!
