You are right. I have to try several times to send - it depends which
IP is used. Sometimes the message comes through - sometimes not.

It seems to me like what you are seeing is not a "List error", but your
provider (Yahoo) having been blacklisted your fellow users were sending
spam.
This would need to be resolved between the blacklist maintainer and Yahoo.

But then, this message (originating from 77.238.176.98) has arrived here, so 
you seem to have chances of hitting
an unblocked host every now and then while Yahoo is busy getting unblocked.
