If you expand the tree, there are Running Tasks and Queued Tasks.

The tasks from the Queued list go to Running list. The number of tasks in
the running list depend on the number of simultaneous connections that you
have configured in your IMAP transport properties. In my case it is 3. When a
task  from  a  Running  list  finishes, it vanishes and a new task from the
Queued  go  there,  the one with the highest number in the priority column.
Does this happen in your case?

No,  it's  just the priority. Higher the number means that a command from the
queue will be executed before other commands with lower value of the priority
column.
