Hello List,

BUG with Customizer in 32bit 
Change of Shortcuts lose all Customize settings

Start The Bat!
Hover Standard bar
Open Customizer
Select Tab Shortcuts
Select in tree TBMailerForm > Main Menu > Message New
Doubleclick on existing Shortcut (is Ctrl+N, F5)
Popup opnes
Select one in list of shortcuts
Hit Remove
Hit Remove
All shortcuts are removed now
Hit Close button
Confirm changes with Yes
Close Cutsomize with OK
Exit The Bat!

Source of TBUSER.DEF is changed to 
update property layout [MainForm_MainMenu]
{
  select [MsgCtl].[CreateMessageNew] in [MailerForm].[mMessage]
  update
shortcut none
}

 - - - - - - -

Start The Bat!
Hover Standard bar
Open Customizer
Select Tab Shortcuts
Select in tree TBMailerForm > Main Menu > Message New
Doubleclick on existing empty Shortcut 
Popup opens
Select in list of shortcuts the only entry (is empty but selectable!)
Hit Close button
Close Cutsomize with OK
Exit The Bat!

Source of TBUSER.DEF is changed to

A user in German The Bat! forum found a similar this issue!
