How can I move an account, i.e., all the folders for one account, to a
different location in my folder tree. It doesn't work to treat the
account name like a folder and alt+click it. (There are several
accounts viewable, because they are grouped.)

they should. I also had one of the autoread options set, and have been
frustrated that filters don't work when I manually marking a message read.
