Try deleting or renaming the bayesit folder. For a long time that
folder was somehow a problem and I couldn't get started.

which can be recycled as VAT. I use mine

which causes the problem. I deleted several files, like *.tbi, but
nothing helped.
I saw that some ppl use the 3.60.02 BETA version. That version works
again.
