Address book - Display Name as field

Hello, New contacts in my address book are created with the display name field set to user-defined. Does anyone know if there is: - a way to set the default? - a way to set all of my contacts to a particular display name format? Right now there's a horrible mix of first name and last name

Hello TBUDL I have a number of messages in the Inbox. When I opened The Bat! program today, I found that the figure showing the number of messages in the Inbox was in parentheses, like so, Inbox (345), under the Total column. And, the message description could not be seen in the right pane.

Hello TBUDL I had just sent a query to the List under the same subject heading. After sending it, I was trying to figure out again what the problem might be. I then realised that the figure in parentheses is actually the total number of messages I have in the folders I had created.
