CA certificate issue

Hi all - I'm having a problem getting a CA certificate imported/installed, whatever it is you do with these things. Can't find anything in the config or help files at all. Can someone shed some light? And .. this is embarrassing, but does anyone have a suggestion as to how to read a 355k
