A few weeks ago I started to receive the following error pretty
consistently when closing TB:
Cannot open file D:\aBat_Data\ADDRBOOK.INI.
The process cannot access the file because it
is being used

Yes, that is possible. But it was happening with many sites and all at
once. Plus, in the ten years or so of using TB, it never happened
In anticipation of using e-mail for client mail, I am wondering if any
of the following is possible:
1. requiring use of a password to open The Bat
2. setting up client folders within a mail account such that the
folders can only be opened with a password
