Where is your mail directory located? A cache folder should be right there.
It is the same in 5.2. You MIGHT even have it in your BAT folders within the
program. If so, just click the information tab and it will open it for you

Hello Jack,
Has anyone else experienced such an anomaly?
I experienced something similar months ago with messages from an
specific sender only. In may case, the solution was to change the HTML
Viewer in Options-Preferences-Viewer/Editor-HTML Viewer.
